Nicole Schmidt founded Sprout Partners with Aascot Bohlander in the spring of 2020 amid a global pandemic. These women met while at the same public involvement firm and worked together with local and state governments engaging stakeholders through strategic and visual communications. Although from two different generations they spoke the same language of fun and engaging information for all. Recognizing the digital marketing landscape is vast and sometimes intimidating, these women set out to harness its power to do good. In forming Sprout Partners they committed to foster growth and collaboration in the communities they serve.

Fast forward to year three, Aascot leaves the company. Not ready to leave the rich community of business she helped nurture in the last three years Nicole vowed to keep partnering with other northwest companies devoted to growing thriving communities.
